We stand on the edge of the Laitlum canyons, watching the fog rise like smoke from the valley floor thousands of feet below. This is a slow exploration of Meghalaya's highlands. You will walk through villages where every garden is manicured by hand, taste wild berry honey from local hives, and explore limestone caves where the earth whispers in drafts. Sleep in small, family-run cottages where the sound of rain on tin roofs is the soundtrack to your nights.
